Ineo Life help individuals, teams and businesses to achieve profound impact and lasting change in and beyond the workplace.
In particular, Ineo Life support young people and their employers who are navigating the future of work – particularly in the post-pandemic work landscape. To do this, they developed the GROW programme designed for early careers employees. It blends learning and coaching and helps to boost self-confidence and self-esteem.
To support the GROW programme I was commissioned to write four video scripts, each five minutes long and in an easy, conversational style covering:
Developing emotional intelligence
Learning to make an impact
Building a successful team
Handling challenging conversations
These four videos are just the intros to each topic as a taster for what the GROW programme can deliver to young people.
